This notice describes how AvvyPro, operated by Standpoint Decision Support Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information collected through the AvvyPro staff portal at clbc.avvy.pro.

What we collect

When staff use AvvyPro to record service requests, the system collects: the branch location (determined by the URL used to access the application), the type of service request recorded (channel, audience, and complexity), a timestamp for each entry, and basic technical information transmitted automatically by your browser (IP address, browser type, device characteristics). No staff names, personal identifiers, or login credentials are collected or stored.

How data is stored

Service request data is transmitted to and stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. The data is associated with a branch location only — not with individual staff members. Data is retained for the duration of the reporting relationship between Standpoint Decision Support Inc. and Courthouse Libraries BC.

Third-party services

The staff portal uses Typeform (typeform.com) to collect batch service request entries. Typeform’s own privacy policy governs data entered through their forms. The real-time tally application does not use Typeform and transmits data directly to Google infrastructure.

Cookies and tracking

The AvvyPro staff portal does not use cookies, analytics tracking, or advertising technologies.
